To help determine kitchen requirements please indicate your meal needs. You will be able to prepay for your meals on arrival or purchase separately. Lunch and dinner, $10 each - breakfast $5.00. Vegetarian and Vegan options will be available.
The Anniversary Play, The Promise
I would like to offer my participation in the play THE PROMISE.

General - as needed, whenever, wherever during Anniversary. Pre-Anniversary setup and/or Post-Anniversary takedown and clean-up. Kitchen - assist in meal preparation, serving and clean-up. Baba’s House Volunteer - venue preparation and clean-up. Shed Volunteer - venue preparation, stage hand and clean-up. Cleaning Volunteer. Child Activities - child's tent, games, sports, workshops (Blue Card holder or parent with child). Adult Activities - Sports.

Performance and Workshop Offers:
Please tick the appropriate box if you wish to make an offering. We will be in contact by email with an attached Performance/Workshop form to discuss your proposal.
As we have limited accommodation, during this Anniversary we will be providing dorm-style shared-room accommodation in order to accommodate the maximum number of applicants, with males and females in separate dormitories, prioritising long distance attendees.
In addition the Avatar’s Abode board has given permission for limited camping on Avatar’s Abode during the Anniversary in designated locations using your own equipment, upon application and notification of approval.
Our suggested accommodation donations during the Anniversary are: Dormitory Style - $20 per adult per night, Camping - $30 per tent for the weekend.
Applications will close on Friday May 10th; you will be notified no later than Friday May 17th concerning your application.
